- 9:00 am-1:00 pm: Daytona Motorsports Museum
- 10:00 am: Speedway Gates open
- 10:30 am-11:20 am: Final NASCAR Series Practice
- 11:35 am: Final qualifying for Xfinity Series Race
- 1:30 pm: Arca Race begins
- 4:30 pm: Driver Introductions
- 5:00 pm: Xfinity Series Race Time
- One hour after the race: Transportation back to the hotel
Sunday February 16, 2025:
- 7:45 am: Transportation to Daytona International Speedway
- 9:00 am: Speedway Gates Open
- 1:15-1:45 pm: Pre-Race Concert
- 2:00 pm: Driver Introductions
- 2:30 pm: Race Time to the 2025 Daytona 500!
