- 11:00 am: Transportation to MLB Fan Fest
- 4:00 pm: Gates open at Globe Life Field
- 7:00 pm: Home Run Derby Begins!
- One Hour after the Home Run Derby: Transportation back to the hotel
Tuesday July 16, 2024:
- 6:30-9:30 am: Breakast served at the hotel
- 3:15 pm: Transportation to Globe Life Field from the hotel
- 4:00 pm: Gates open at Globe Life Field
- 7:00 pm: 2024 All Star Game Begins!
- One Hour after the All Star Game: Transportation back to the hotel
Wednesday July 17, 2024:
- 6:30-9:30 am: Breakast served at the hotel
- 12:00 pm: Check-out at the Hilton Garden Inn Arlington South
- Return transfer back to the airport. Have a safe trip home!
