- Please note: Masters Badges may not be kept. All badges must be returned after each day of the tournament. A non-refundable fee will be applied if badges are not returned to the onsite host after each day
Book your package with a $1,000 per person deposit, 50% of the remaining balance due on August 22, 2024, and final payment due on January 16, 2025.
Tuesday April 8, 2025:
- 3:00 pm: Check in at the Best Western Plus Augusta Hotel. Your reservation will be confirmed under the traveler's name.
- Rest of day at your leisure - The hotel is located right off of Washington Road with many restaurant and nightlife options. Please call our office for restaurant recommendations and reservations.
Wednesday April 9, 2025:
- 6:00-10:00 am: Breakfast served in the hotel lobby
- 7:00 am: Shuttle service to Augusta National begins from the hotel lobby. Transportation will continuously run all morning and will depart when you are ready to go to the course.
- 8:00 am: Gates open at Augusta National
- 12:00 pm: Par-3 Tournament Begins
- 3:00 pm - Shuttle service from Augusta National to the hotel begins. Transportation will continuously until 1 hour after the course closes (Approximately 6:30 pm)
- Masters Badge Pickup: Your onsite representatives will be available on Wednesday to distribute your Masters Badges for Thursday.
Thursday April 10, 2025:
- 6:00-10:00 am: Breakfast served in the hotel lobby
- 7:00 am: Shuttle service to Augusta National begins from the hotel lobby. Transportation will continuously run all morning and will depart when you are ready to go to the course.
- 8:00 am: Gates open at Augusta National
- 3:00 pm - Shuttle service from Augusta National to the hotel begins. Transportation will continuously until 1 hour after the course closes (Approximately 6:30 pm)
- Masters Badges Return: Once you arrive back to the hotel, Masters Badges must be returned back to the Sports Traveler staff. Augusta National does not allow patrons to keep the Masters Badges.
Friday April 11, 2025:
- 6:00-10:00 am: Breakfast served in the hotel lobby.
- 12:00 pm: Check-out at the Best Western Plus Augusta hotel.

- Augusta Regional AIrport (AGS): Located 17 miles/20 minutes from the hotel. Roundtrip, private transportation is available for an additional cost.
- Columbia Metropolitan Airport (CAE): 65 miles/75 miles from the hotel. Roundtrip, private transportation is available for an additional cost. Please call our office for details.
- Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL): Located 155 miles/2.5 hours from the hotel. Roundtrip, private transportation is available for an additional cost. Please call our office for details.
