After you collected your luggage and cleared customs at London Heathrow International Airport, your driver will meet you in the airport for your transfer to the hotel.
3:00 pm: Check in at the Novotel London Tower Bridge Hotel (10 Pepys Street, London EC3 N2NR).

If your room is not ready, the hotel will hold your luggage while you visit the local area.

Rest of day at your leisure - Use your London Pass for free admission into over 60+ attractions in London.
