Friday Tour Destinations:
- 8 hour tour beginning at 8:00 am (Estimated arrival back to the hotel is 4:00 pm)
- Guided tour of legendary horse farm (different farm from the two visited on Thursday)
- Tour & tasting at a famous Bourbon Distillery
- Lunch provided a a local restaurant
- All admission fees included

Saturday Derby Day:
- Reserved 1st Floor Grandstand (Sec 125-127 - Bleacher Seating) tickets for the 2025 Kentucky Derby

Roundtrip transportation to all Thursday & Friday activities
Roundtrip transportation to Churchill Downs on Saturday

Book your package with a $250 per person deposit, 50% of the remaining balance due on September 18, 2024, and February 13, 2025.

Wednesday April 30, 2025:

After you collected your luggage, please call the Embassy Suites for your shuttle ride from Lexington Airport to the hotel. Shuttle runs from 8:00 am-8:00 pm.
3:00 pm: Check in at the Embassy Suites Lexington Hotel. If your room is not ready, the hotel will hold your luggage while you visit the local area.
5:30-7:30 pm: Complimentary appetizers and drinks provided by the hotel

7:00-10:30 am: Breakfast served in the hotel restaurant
8:00 am: Transportation to Horse Farm & Bourbon Distillery Tour (This will be the only departure time)
- We will begin the morning with a tour at a famous horse farm tour in Lexington. Following the horse farm, we will stop for lunch at a local restaurant. We will end the day with a visit at a famous Bourbon Distillery. Horse farm on Friday will be different from the two you visit on Thursday.
4:00 pm: Estimated arrival back at the hotel
5:30-7:30 pm: Complimentary appetizers and drinks provided by the hotel

7:00-10:30 am: Breakfast served in the hotel restaurant
8:30 am: Transportation to Churchill Downs (This will be the only departure time)
10:30 am: First post
6:57 pm: Start time to the 2025 Kentucky Derby race
Return transportation: Transportation will depart one hour after the Kentucky Derby has finished. (This will be the only departure time).

7:00-10:30 am: Breakfast served in the hotel restaurant.
12:00 pm: Check-out at the Embassy Suites Lexington.
After check-out, receive your transfer back to Lexington Airport. Transportation back to the airport runs from 8:00 am-8:00 pm.

Lexington Bluegrass Airport (LEX): Located 6 miles/15 minutes from the hotel. Airport shuttle transportation is included with this package.
Louisville International Airport (SDF): Located 80 miles/90 minutes from the hotel. Airport shuttle transportation is NOT included with this package.
