After you collected your luggage, please meet your driver outside baggage claim for your shuttle ride from Louisville International Airport to the hotel.
3:00 pm: Check in at The Brown Louisville Downtown Hotel. If your room is not ready, the hotel will hold your luggage while you visit the local area.

8:00 am: Transportation to Churchill Downs begins. Transportation will run continuously all day.

Transportation will contiunuously all morning and you can depart to Churchill Downs when you are ready.

10:30 am: First post
5:49 pm: Start time to the 2025 Kentucky Oaks race
Return transportation: Transportation will run continuously all day from the same location you were dropped off at to the hotel.

8:00 am: Transportation to Churchill Downs. Transportation will run continuously all day.

Transportation will continuously all morning and you can depart to Churchill Downs when you are ready.

10:30 am: First post
6:57 pm: Start time to the 2025 Kentucky Derby race
Return transportation: Transportation will run continuously all day from the same location you were dropped off at to the hotel.
