Friday May 2, 2025:

After you collected your luggage, please meet your driver in baggage claim for your transportation to the hotel.
3:00 pm: Check in at the Hampton Inn Downtowin Louisivlle Hotel. If your room is not ready, the hotel will hold your luggage while you visit the local area.

Transportation will continuously all morning and you can depart to Churchill Downs when you are ready.

10:30 am: First post
6:57 pm: Start time to the 2025 Kentucky Derby race
Return transportation: Transportation will run continuously all day from the same location you were dropped off at to the hotel.

Louisville International Airport (SDF): Located 6 miles/15 minutes from the hotel. Private airport shuttle transportation is included.
