Located in Houston, Texas, Reliant Stadium is home to the Houston Texans of the National Football League.  Reliant Stadium was the host of Super Bowl XXXVIII, and is the annual home to the Texas Bowl, the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.  Reliant Stadium is part of a collection of venues, which are collectively called Reliant Park. The entire complex is named for Reliant Energy.  Reliant Stadium has a seating capacity of 71,500.  Reliant Stadium also hosts various concerts and entertainment acts throughout the year.  Reliant Stadium will also be the host of the 2011 Final Four.

Minute Made Park, home of the Houston Astros of the MLB, was Houston’s first stadium to get a retractable roof.  This allows fans to enjoy outdoor baseball when the weather is nice but it is also able to protect them during Houston’s humid weather.  What was once Houston’s Union Station is now the main entrance to the Park.  There is a train on the top of the length of the exterior wall behind left field that moves every time the Astros score a home run or win a game. 

The Houston Rockets of the NBA play at the Toyota Center.  There is a restaurant located in the arena where they try to make customers feel “warm and welcome.”  The president wants to “form relationships with the people that attend our venue.
