- After you collected your luggage, please meet your driver outside baggage claim for your shuttle ride from Indianapolis International Airport to the hotel.
- 4:00 pm: Check in at Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Indianapolis Hotel
- If your room is not ready, the hotel will hold your luggage while you visit the local area.

Saturday May 29, 2027: Parade Day!
- 7:00-10:00 am: Breakfast served at the hotel
- 11:45 am: Indianapolis 500 Parade Begins
- Join us for a private event on the second floor of the hotel to view the parade. Seating will be available along the windows to view the entire parade. Small refreshments will also be provided.
- 2:00 pm: Indianapolis 500 Parade concludes (estimated)
Sunday May 30, 2027: Indy 500 Race Day!
- 7:00-10:00 am: Breakfast served at the hotel
- 8:00 am: Transportation to Indianapolis Motor Speedway via a police escort (This will be the only departure time)
- 11:47 am: Driver Introductions
- 12:45 pm: The start of the Indianapolis 500!
- 1 Hour After the Conclusion of the Race: Transportation back to the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Indianapolis. (This will be the only departure time)
Monday May 31, 2027:
- 6:00-10:00 am: Breakfast served in the hotel lobby
- 11:00 am: Check out at the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Indianapolis
- Your driver will meet you at the front entrance of the hotel for your transfer back to Indianapolis International Airport.
