New Era Field – Orchard Park, NY

New Era Field, formerly Ralph Wilson Stadium, is a football stadium located in Orchard Park, a suburb of Buffalo, New York. It is the home stadium for the NFL’s Buffalo Bills. New Era Field was the largest stadium of any kind in New York, with a maximum capacity of just over 73,000, but the newly built MetLife Stadium has surpassed "The Ralph" with a capacity of nearly 83,000. The Bills stadium was originally named Rich Stadium when it opened in 1973. On January 1st, 2008, New Era Field was the host to the inaugural NHL Winter Classic. This outdoor hockey game has since become a annual tradition in the NHL.
