When booking online, choose the option you wish to book under Additional Tour Options- Option 1: Horse Farm Tour & Bourbon Distillery Tour & Tasting (8:30 am-5:30 pm). Tour of one horse farm, tour and tasting at a local bourbon distillery, lunch at a local restaurant, and all transportation.
- Option 2: Horse Farm Tours (9:45 am-5:30 pm. Tour of two local horse farms, lunch at a local restaurant, and all transportation.
- Option 3: Bourbon Distillery Tours & Tastings (8:00 am-4:30 pm). Tour & tasting of two local bourbon distilleries, lunch at a local restaurant and all transportation.
- Roundtrip transportation to Churchill Downs on Friday & Saturday
- Personalized Airport Meet and Greet with private car transfers from/to Louisville Airport to the Moxy Louisville

Wednesday April 28, 2027:
- After you collected your luggage, please meet your driver in baggage claim for your transportation to the hotel.
- 3:00 pm: Check in at the Moxy Downtowin Louisivlle Hotel. If your room is not ready, the hotel will hold your luggage while you visit the local area.
- 5:30-7:30 pm: Welcome reception at the hotel
Thursday April 29, 2027:
- Your tour begins 3 blocks from the hotel Additional information will be provided in final document package.
- Your choice of one of the following Thursday tours. Lunch and all transportation included
- One (1) Horse Farm Tour & One (1) Bourbon Distillery Tour & Tasting (8:30am-5:30pm)
- Two (2) Horse Farm Tours (9:45am-5:30 pm)
- Two (2) Bourbon Distillery Tours & Tastings (8am-4:30 pm)
- 6:00-8:00 pm: Complimentary appetizers & mint juleps provided by the hotel in the lobby
Friday April 30, 2027:
- 6:00-10:00 am: Breakfast served in the hotel restaurant
- 10:00 am: Transportation to Churchill Downs
- Transportation will contiunuously all morning and you can depart to Churchill Downs when you are ready.
- 12:30 pm: First post
- 8:40 pm: Start time to the 2027 Kentucky Oaks race
- Return transportation: Transportation will run continusouy all day from the same location you were dropped off at to the hotel.
- Complimentary late night snacks provided by the hotel when you return from the track
Saturday May 1, 2027:
- 6:00-10:00 am: Breakfast served in the hotel restaurant
- 8:00 am: Transportation to Churchill Downs
- Transportation will continuously all morning and you can depart to Churchill Downs when you are ready.
- 11:00 am: First post
- 6:57 pm: Start time to the 2027 Kentucky Derby race
- Return transportation: Transportation will run continuously all day from the same location you were dropped off at to the hotel.
- Complimentary late night snacks provided by the hotel when you return from the track
Sunday May 2, 2027:
- 6:00-10:00 am: Breakfast served in the hotel restaurant.
- 12:00 pm: Check-out at the Moxy Downtown Louisville
- After check-out, receive your transfer back to Louisville International Airport
Airport & Hotel Parking Information:
- Louisville International Airport (SDF): Located 6 miles/15 minutes from the hotel. Private airport shuttle transportation is included.
- Hotel parking is available for $40 per day with in/out privileges.
