Suggested Itinerary: 4 days, 3 nights
Day 1:
Arrive at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Resort. If you are flying in Phoenix SkyHarbor International Airport (PHX), we will arrange your private transportation to the hotel. If you select to drive, parking will be included at the hotel during your stay. The evening is at your leisure. Take advantage of the exceptional amenities at the resort including a full service-spa, and six different pools, including a rooftop pool and the sunset pool with a 9,000 square foot white sand beach. Private Cabana rentals are available at select pool areas. Four onsite restaurants are available with various different dining options, including extensive outdoor dining availability.
Day 2:
Golfer:
Play where the pros play! The TPC Scottsdale is a par-71, 7,266 yard course where the PGA Tournament hosts the annual Waste Management Phoenix Open. Upon arrival, get your golf cart and head to the practice range. Enjoy your experience playing on the same course as Tiger Woods, Rickie Fowler, Vijay Singh, and local Arizona State alumnus Phil Mickelson. Roundtrip transportation to the course is provided.
Non-Golfer:
Today, your outdoor Arizona adventure will begin a Jeep Tour starting from historic Scottsdale and touring along the Sonoran Preserve, and Camelback Mountain. See amazing scenery throughout the Scottsdale area during this off-road experience. Or substitute this experience for a guided Horseback Riding Adventure or a full-day Rafting Adventure on the nearby Salt River. Transportation can be provided if needed to these activities.
Day 3:
Golfer:
Play at one of the top 100 golf courses in the United States, the Grayhawk Golf Club Talon Course. Opened in 1994, this Gary Panks & 1981 US Open & 1979 PGA Champion David Graham designed course is a par 72, 6,973 yards course. Your golf cart, practice range access are included in your tee time for this day. Transportation to the course is provided from the hotel.
Non-Golfer:
Start your morning at the Well & Being Spa, located at the Fairmont hotel. Voted by USA Today as Top 10 Best Hotel Spa, choose from several different options including massages, reflexology, manicure, pedicure, facial, and much more. After your morning at the spa, take a trip to the Kierland Commons, an upscale outdoor shopping mall with over 70+ high end shopping & dining options. Roundtrip transportation is included for your shopping getaway. Or enjoy a private, guided tour of Old Town Scottsdale. Stroll the historic streets of the original town founded in 1888. Visit the original Mission, The Little Red Schoolhouse, and the Blacksmith Shop to see how people lived here during the Old West. Prominent Art installations line many of the streets throughout Old Town as well as many Native American jewelry and Western Wear boutiques.
