Saturday January 25, 2025:
- Upon arrival at Kansas City International Airport, meet your driver for your transfer to the Sheraton.
- 4:00 pm: Check in at the Sheraton Kansas City Crown Center. If you arrive early, the hotel front desk will hold your luggage while you explore the local area.
Sunday January 26, 2025:
- 11:00 am: Pre-Game Tailgate party at Arrowhead Stadium.
- 12:00 pm: Gates open at Arrowhead Stadium
- 2:00 pm - Kickoff to the 2025 AFC Championship game
Monday January 27, 2025:
- 12:00 pm: Check-out at the Sheraton Kansas City
- After check-out: Receive your private transfer back to Kansas City International Airport.
