- Arrival at Palm Springs International Airport: Receive your transfer to the Best Western Plus Palm Springs Resort
- 3:00 pm: Check in at the Best Western Plus Palm Springs Resort (additional nights are available)
Friday March 12, 2027
- 7:00-10:00 am: Breakfast served at the hotel
- 9:35 am: Transportation from the hotel to Indian Wells Tennis Center begins. Transportation will run every 60 minutes
- 10:00 am: Gates open at Indian Wells Tennis Center for morning session ticket holders
- 11:00 am: Men's Doubles Semi-Finals begin
- 30-45 minutes after the conclusion of 1st Men's Doubles Semi-Finals match, 2nd Semi-Finals match begins
- 4:00 pm: 1st Women's Semi-Finals begin
- 30-45 minutes after the conclusion of 1st Women's Semi-Finals match, 2nd Semi-Finals match begins
- Transportation back from the Indian Wells Tenis Center to the Best Western runs continuously
Saturday March 13, 2027:
- 7:00-10:00 am: Breakfast served at the hotel
