Tickets are located on West Colorado Ave towards the beginning of the parade. The sun will be at your back during the parade. - Post Parade Lunch provided at a local Pasadena restaurant including brunch/lunch selections with dessert, soft drinks, iced-tea, and coffee

See the floats up-close after the conclusion of the Rose Parade.

- Arrval at Los Angeles International Airport: Receive your transfer to the Doubletree Marina del Rey
- 3:00 pm: Check in at the Doubletree Marina del Rey
Wednesday, December 30, 2026:
- 6:00-9:00 am: Breakfast served in the hotel restaurant
- 9:00 am: Departure to Los Angeles City Tour. We will make stops and drive past various area including Santa Monica, Bel-Air/Beverly Hills, Rodeo Drive, Sunset Strip, Hollywood Walk of Fame and lunch with wine tasting and tour of the historic San Antonio Winery Los Angeles.
- 3:00 pm: Estimated arrival back at the hotel.
- Transportation provided to all events on this day
Thursday, December 31, 2026:
- 6:00-7:00 am: Breakfast served in the hotel restaurant
- 7:00 am: Depart to the Float Decorating Barns. Roundtrip transportation is included to the Float Decorating Barn and back to the hotel.
- 1:30 pm: Estimated arrival back to the hotel
- 7:00 pm-Midnight: Optional Activity to do on your own: City of Marina del Rey Marina NYE and Glow Party. Fireworks over the water 9PM & Midnight
Friday, January 1, 2027:
- 4:30 am: Grab & go breakfast in the hotel lobby for all guests
- 5:00 am: Depart to the Rose Parade.
- 8:00 am: 2027 Rose Parade
- 10:00 am: Rose Parade concludes
- 11:30 am: Lunch at a local Pasadena restaurant
- 1:30 pm: Transportation to Post-Parade viewing
- 2:00 pm: Post-Parade viewing
- 4:00 pm: Transportation back to the Doubletree Marina del Rey Hotel
- Transportation provided to all events on this day
Saturday, January 2, 2027:
- 6:00-10:00 am: Breakfast served in the hotel restaurant
- 12:00 pm: Check out at the Doubletree Marina del Rey
- Shuttle transfer to LAX Airport

We include private dedicated roundtrip shuttle transportation from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) with your trip. The Doubletree Marina del Rey is located approximately 20 minutes (5 miles) from Los Angeles International Airport. Transportation runs 24 hours a day.
