Friday May 28, 2027:
- Arrival at Charlotte International Airport (CLT): Your driver will meet you for your private transfer to the Westin Charlotte Downtown Hotel
- 4:00 pm: Check in at the Westin Downtown Charlotte
- Rest of day at your leisure. Enjoy the evening in downtown Charlotte.
Saturday May 29, 2027:
- 9:00 am: Departure for the Race Shop Tour (This will be the only departure time)
- We will visit three team race shops this morning
- 12:30 pm: Estimated arrival back at the hotel.
- 1:00-6:00 pm: Admission to the NASCAR Hall of Fame Museum.
- The museum is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. You can go to the museum at your leisure.

Sunday May 30, 2027:
- 1:00 pm: Transportation to Charlotte Motor Speedway (This will be the only departure time)
- 2:30 pm: Speedway Gates Open
- 3:30-4:30 pm: Pre-Race Concert begins
- 5:30-6:00 pm: Driver Introductions
- 6:00 pm: Race Time to the 2027 Coca Cola 600!
- One hour after the race: Transportation back to the hotel
Monday May 31, 2027:
- 11:00 am: Check out at the Westin Charlotte Downtown Hotel.
- After check-out: transportation back to Charlotte International Speedway
