- Airport Arrival: Meet your driver in baggage claim and receive your transfer to the Holiday Inn Philadelphia Downtown Midtown.
- 3:00 pm: Check in at the Holiday Inn Philadelphia Downtown Midtown. If you are arrive early, the front desk will hold your luggage while you visit the local area.
Monday July 13, 2026:
- 6:30-9:00 am: Breakfast served at the hotel
- 10:00 am: Fan Fest at the Pennsylvania Convention Center - walking distance from the hotel
- 4:00 pm: Transportation to Citizens Bank Park
- 5:00 pm: Gates open at Citizens Bank Park
- 8:00 pm: Home Run Derby Begins!
- One Hour after the Home Run Derby: Transportation back to the hotel
Tuesday July 14, 2026:
- 6:00-9:00 am: Breakast served at the hotel
- 4:00 pm: Transportation to Citizens Bank Park from the hotel
- 5:00 pm: Gates open at Citizens Bank Park
- 8:00 pm: 2026 All Star Game Begins!
- One Hour after the All Star Game: Transportation back to the hotel
Wednesday July 15, 2026:

- 11:00 am: Check out at the Holiday Inn Philadelphia Downtown Midtown
- After check-out, received your transfer to the Philadelphia International Airport.
