Tuesday December 30, 2025:

Airport Transportation: Private transportation from Dallas Fort/Worth Airport (DFW) or Dallas Love Field (DAL) to the Sheraton Arlington. Your driver will meet you at the airport.
3:00 pm: Check-in time at the Sheraton Arlington hotel
- If you arrive early and your room is not ready, the front desk will hold your luggage while you visit the local area.

Wednesday December 31 2025:

6:30 am-10:30 am: Breakfast served at the Parkside Bar & Grill (located in the hotel)
3:30 pm: Tailgate party officially begins. Food and drinks service will begin at this time.
5:00 pm: Gates open at AT&T Stadium
7:00 pm: Kickoff time for the Cotton Bowl
After the conclusion of the game: 15 minute walk back to the Sheraton Arlington hotel

Thursday January 1, 2026:

6:30 am-10:30 am: Breakfast served at the Parkside Bar & Grill (located in the hotel)
1:00 PM: Late-check out at the Sheraton Arlington for all Sports Traveler guests
Following check out: Please refer to your airport shuttle instructions for return transportation

Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW): Located 10 miles/15 minutes from the Sheraton Arlington.
