Friday April 30, 2027:
- After you collected your luggage, please meet your driver in baggage claim for your transportation to the hotel.
- 3:00 pm: Check in at the Hampton Inn Downtowin Louisivlle Hotel. If your room is not ready, the hotel will hold your luggage while you visit the local area.
- 5:30-7:30 pm: Complimentary appetizers & mint juleps provided by the hotel in the lobby
Saturday May 1, 2027:
- 6:00-11:00 am: Breakfast served in the hotel restaurant
- 8:00 am: Transportation to Churchill Downs
- Transportation will continuously all morning and you can depart to Churchill Downs when you are ready.
- 11:00 am: First post
- 6:57 pm: Start time to the 2027 Kentucky Derby race
- Return transportation: Transportation will run continuously all day from the same location you were dropped off at to the hotel.
Sunday May 2, 2027:
- 6:00-11:00 am: Breakfast served in the hotel restaurant.
- 12:00 pm: Check-out at the Hampton Inn Downtown Louisville
- After check-out, receive your transfer back to Louisville International Airport

- Louisville International Airport (SDF): Located 6 miles/15 minutes from the hotel. Private airport shuttle transportation is included.
