- Airport Arrival: Please refer to your transportation voucher for instructions to the hotel. Transportation is available from O'Hare (ORD) or Midway (MDW) Airport.
- 9:00 am-10:00 pm: Admission to the 360 Chicago.
- Reservation times are required. Sports Traveler will reach out to you closer to the event to reserve your requested time.
- 3:00 pm: Check in at the Hilton Garden Inn Chicago hotel
- If you arrive early and your room is not ready, the front desk will hold your luggage while you visit the local area.

Saturday September 12, 2026:
- At Your Leisure: Transfer to Wrigley Field via CTA Red Line Train. Plan for a 20 minute transfer. Train will drop off at the Addison Station, 1/2 block from Wrigley Field. Transportation passes are included with your packet.
- 9:00 am: Guided Tour of Wrigley Field
- Stops may include seating bowl, upper deck, Budweiser Bleachers, Jim Beam Patio, and field.
- 11:20 am: Gates open at Wrigley Field
- 1:20 pm: First pitch to the Chicago Cubs vs Pittsburgh Pirates
- After the game: Take the CTA Red Line train from the Addison Station back to the hotel. Plan for a 20 minute transfer. Transportation passes are included with your packet.
Sunday September 13, 2026:
- 12:00 PM: Check out at the HIlton Garden Inn Chicago hotel
- Following check out: Please refer to your airport shuttle instructions for return transportation
