Saturday November 7, 2020:
- Airport Arrival: Please refer to your transportation voucher for instructions to the hotel.
- 3:00 pm: Check-in time at the Sheraton Fort Worth Downtown hotel
- If you arrive early and your room is not ready, the front desk will hold your luggage while you visit the local area.
Sunday November 8, 2020:
- 6:30 am-10:30 am: Breakfast served in the hotel restaurant
- 11:15 am: Transportation departs from the hotel to the Pre-Game Tailgate Party (This will be the only departure time)
- 12:00 pm: Q&A session with former Cowboys player Tony Hill begins
- 12:25 pm: Tailgate party officially begins. Food and drinks service will begin at this time.
- 1:25 pm: Gates open at AT&T Stadium
- 3:00 pm: Tailgate party concludes
- 3:25 pm: Kickoff time for the Dallas Cowboys vs. Pittsburgh Steelers game
- One Hour After the Game: Transportation departs back to the Sheraton Fort Worth hotel (This will be the only return departure)
Monday November 9, 2020:
- 6:30 am-10:30 am: Breakfast served in the hotel restaurant
- 9:30 am: Transportation departs for AT&T Stadium Tour (This will be the only departure time)
- 10:00 am: Tour at AT&T Stadium begins
- Stops may include Club Level, Jerry Jones Perch, Cotton Bowl Office, Luxury Suite, Cheerleaders Locker Room, Cowboys Locker Room, Press Conference Room, Miller Lite Club, & Field Access (Field access is not guaranteed and is subject to the discretion of AT&T Stadium. Sports Traveler will do our best to notify you if field access is not available in advance of your trip).
- 30 Minutes After the Tour: Time allowed to shop in the Cowboys Pro Shop
- 12:30 pm: Estimated arrival back to the Sheraton Fort Worth hotel
- 1:00 PM: Late-check out at the Sheraton Fort Worth for all Sports Traveler guests
- Following check out: Please refer to your airport shuttle instructions for return transportation
