Payment Terms: 50% of full package is due upon booking, 30% of package is due January 25, 2016 and the remaining balance is due March 25, 2016. All bookings made after March 25, 2016 must be accompanied by full tour payment (100%).
August 10:
Land in Rio International Airport and after you disembark, pass through customs and immigration checks at the airport. Then you will be greeted by a staff member to be assisted to your shuttle bus. Arrive at your hotel and check in. The balance of the morning and afternoon are at leisure for relaxing or independent sightseeing.
August 11-21:
Day's are completely at leisure to either attending the Rio Game or take part in independent sightseeing or shopping. Half day sightseeing tour will be scheduled based on your individual Games tickets.
August 22:
Arrive at the Rio International Airport in plenty of time to check in for your flight back home.
All times and further details will be provided in your final document package that will be sent 1-2 weeks prior to departure.
