After you collected your luggage, please meet your driver outside baggage claim for your shuttle ride from Austin-Bergstrom Airport to the hotel
3:00 pm: Check in at Hyatt House Austin Downtown
- If your room is not ready, the hotel will hold your luggage while you visit the local area.

Friday October 17. 2025: Practice Day + Free Concert

9:00 am: Transportation begins to the track. Transportation will run continuously all morning.
10:00 am: Gates open at the Circuit of Americas
2:00 pm: First practice
5:00 pm: Second practice
7:30 pm: Free concert at the concert (Headliner to be announced later)
Transportation will run continuously from the track 60 minutes after the concert is over

Saturday October 18, 2025: Practice & Qualifying Day + Free Concert

8:00 am: Transportation begins to the track. Transportation will run continuously all morning.
9:00 am: Gates open at the Circuit of Americas
2:00 pm: Third practice
5:00 pm: Qualifying session
7:30 pm: Free concert at the concert (Headliner to be announced later)
Transportation will run continuously from the track 60 minutes after the concert is over

Sunday October 19, 2025: Race Day!

7:30 am: Transportation begins to the track. Transportation will run continuously all morning.
8:30 am: Gates open at the Circuit of Americas
12:00 pm: Driver's Parade
2:00 pm: 2025 US Grand Prix.
Transportation will run continuously from the track 60 minutes after the race is over

Monday October 20, 2025:

12:00 am: Check out at the Hyatt House Downtown Austin
Your driver will meet you at the front entrance of the hotel for your transfer back to Austin International Airport.

Austrin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS): Located 7 miles/15 minutes from the hotel.
