- Arrval at Los Angeles International Airport: Receive your transfer to the Doubletree Marina del Rey
- 3:00 pm: Check in at the Doubletree Marina del Rey
Wednesday, December 30, 2020:
- 9:00 am: Departure to Los Angeles City Tour. We will make stops and drive past various area including Santa Monica, Bel-Air/Beverly Hills, Rodeo Drive, Sunset Strip, Hollywood Walk of Fame and the Farmers Market.
- 3:00 pm: Estimated arrival back at the hotel.
Thursday, December 31, 2020:
- 7:30 am: Depart to the Float Decorating Barns
- 9:00 am: Tour of Float Decorating Barns
- 1:30 pm: Estimated arrival back to the hotel
Friday, January 1, 2021:
- 4:30 am: Grab & go breakfast in the hotel lobby for all guests
- 5:00 am: Depart to the Rose Parade.
- 8:00 am: 2021 Rose Parade
- 10:00 am: Rose Parade concludes
- Following the parade, transfer to the Rose Bowl game
- 11:00 am: Pre-Game Hospitality begins at the Rose Bowl.
- 12:00 pm: Gates open at the Rose Bowl
- 2:00 pm: Kickoff to the 2021 Rose Bowl Game.
- 1 hour after the game: Transportation back to the Doubletree Marina del Rey
Saturday, January 2, 2021:
- 12:00 pm: Check out at the Doubletree Marina del Rey
- Shuttle transfer to LAX Airport

We include private dedicated roundtrip shuttle transportation from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) with your trip. The Doubletree Marina del Rey is located approximately 20 minutes (5 miles) from Los Angeles International Airport. Transportation runs 24 hours a day.
