Friday May 23, 2025:

After you collected your luggage, please meet your driver outside baggage claim for your shuttle ride from Indianapolis International Airport to the hotel.
3:00 pm: Check in at Home2 Suites by Hilton Downtown Indianapolis Hotel
- If your room is not ready, the hotel will hold your luggage while you visit the local area.

Saturday May 24. 2025: Parade Day

6:00-10:00 am: Breakfast served in the hotel restaurant
11:45 am: Parade Festivies begin. Grandstand tickets walking distance from the hotel

Sunday May 25, 2025: Indy 500 Race Day!

6:00-10:00 am: Breakfast served in the hotel restaurant
7:00 am: Transportation to Indianapolis Motor Speedway via a police escort (This will be the only departure time)
8:15 am: Admission to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum
11:00 am: Pre-race show begins
11:47 am: Driver Introductions
12:30 pm: The start of the Indianapolis 500!
1 Hour After the Conclusion of the Race: Transportation back to the Home2 Suites by Hilton Indianapolis. (This will be the only departure time)

Monday May 26, 2025:

6:00-10:00 am: Breakfast served in the hotel restaurant
11:00 am: Check out at the Home2 Suites by Hilton Downtown Indianapolis
Your driver will meet you at the front entrance of the hotel for your transfer back to Indianapolis International Airport.

Indianapolis International Airport (IND): Located 12 miles/20 minutes from the hotel.
