Friday May 26, 2023:
- After you collected your luggage, please meet your driver outside baggage claim for your shuttle ride from Indianapolis International Airport to the hotel.
- 3:00 pm: Check in at Home2 Suites by Hilton Downtown Indianapolis Hotel
- If your room is not ready, the hotel will hold your luggage while you visit the local area.

Saturday May 27. 2023: Legends Day: Driver Meeting, Gas Alley Garage Tour, & Hall of Fame Museum
- 6:00-10:00 am: Breakfast served in the hotel restaurant
- 7:30 am: Transportation to Indianapolis Motor Speedway
- 8:00 am: Gates open at Indianapolis Motor Speedway
- 9:00-10:00 am: Autograph session with the 2023 Indy 500 drivers
- 10:30 am-11:15 am: Drivers Meeting
- 11:30 am: Lunch in your climate controlled suite
- After lunch: Tour of Gasoline Alley & a visit to the Indianapolis Speedway Museum
- 2:30 pm: Transportation back to the hotel
Souvenir and additional food vendors will be at the track for Legends Day. Additional activities at Legends Day include historic car laps and pin distribution.
Sunday May 28, 2023: Indy 500 Race Day!
- 6:00-10:00 am: Breakfast served in the hotel restaurant
- 9:00 am: Transportation to Indianapolis Motor Speedway via a police escort (This will be the only departure time)
- 11:00 am: Pre-race show begins
- 11:47 am: Driver Introductions
- 12:30 pm: The start of the Indianapolis 500!
- 1 Hour After the Conclusion of the Race: Transportation back to the Home2 Suites by Hilton Indianapolis. (This will be the only departure time)
Monday May 29, 2023:
- 6:00-10:00 am: Breakfast served in the hotel restaurant
- 11:00 am: Check out at the Home2 Suites by Hilton Downtown Indianapolis
- Your driver will meet you at the front entrance of the hotel for your transfer back to Indianapolis International Airport.
