- Friday Tour Destinations:
- 8 hour tour beginning at 8:00 am (Estimated arrival back to the hotel is 4:00 pm)

- Roundtrip transportation to all Friday activities

Book your package with a $250 per person deposit, 50% of the remaining balance due on December 14, 2023, and final payment due on February 22, 2024.
Thursday May 2, 2024:
- After you collected your luggage, please call the Embassy Suites for your shuttle ride from Lexington Airport to the hotel. Shuttle runs from 8:00 am-8:00 pm.
- 3:00 pm: Check in at the Embassy Suites Lexington Hotel. If your room is not ready, the hotel will hold your luggage while you visit the local area.
- 5:30-7:30 pm: Complimentary appetizers and drinks provided by the hotel
Friday May 3, 2024:
- 7:00-10:30 am: Breakfast served in the hotel restaurant
- 8:00 am: Transportation to Horse Farm & Bourbon Distillery Tour (This will be the only departure time)
- We will begin the morning with a tour at a famous horse farm tour in Lexington. Following the horse farm, we will stop for lunch at a local restaurant. We will end the day with a visit at a famous Bourbon Distillery.
- 4:00 pm: Estimated arrival back at the hotel
- 5:30-7:30 pm: Complimentary appetizers and drinks provided by the hotel
Saturday May 4, 2024:
- 7:00-10:30 am: Breakfast served in the hotel restaurant
- 8:30 am: Transportation to Churchill Downs (This will be the only departure time)
- 10:30 am: First post
- 6:57 pm: Start time to the 2024 Kentucky Derby race
- Return transportation: Transportation will depart one hour after the Kentucky Derby has finished. (This will be the only departure time).
Sunday May 5, 2024:
- 7:00-10:30 am: Breakfast served in the hotel restaurant.
- 12:00 pm: Check-out at the Embassy Suites Lexington.
- After check-out, receive your transfer back to Lexington Airport. Transportation back to the airport runs from 8:00 am-8:00 pm.
Airport Information:
- Lexington Bluegrass Airport (LEX): Located 6 miles/15 minutes from the hotel. Airport shuttle transportation is included with this package.
- Louisville International Airport (SDF): Located 80 miles/90 minutes from the hotel. Airport shuttle transportation is NOT included with this package.
