Saturday November 16, 2024:

Pittsburgh Airport Arrival: Meet your driver outside of baggage claim for your private transfer to the hotel.
4:00 pm: Check in at the Embassy Suites Pittsburgh Downtown
5:30-7:30 pm: Evening reception located on the 26th floor of the hotel with light appetizers, beer, wine, and soft drinks.

Sunday November 17, 2024:

6:00-10:00 am: Cooked to order breakfast served in the hotel restaurant
At your leisure: Take the Pittsburgh T Train to Acrisure Stadium (10 minute ride)
11:00 am: Pre-Game Party at Acrisure Stadium begins.
1:00 pm: Kickoff to the Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Baltimore Ravens game.
After the game: Take the free Pittsburgh T Train adjacent to Acrisure Stadium at your leisure for your transfer back to the hotel. Transportation will take less than 10 minutes.

Monday November 18, 2024:

6:00-10:00 am: Cooked to order breakfast served in the hotel restaurant
8:45 am: Transportation departs for Acrisure Stadium via the Pittsburgh T Train (This will be the only departure time)
9:30 am: Tour of Acrisure Stadium begins
- Stops may include Steelers Great Hall, Luxury Suite. Upper Concourse, Club Level, Press Box, Steelers Locker Room, Steelers Pro Shop Store, and Field Access. (Field access is not guaranteed and is subject to the discretion of Heinz Field. Sports Traveler will do our best to notify you if field access is not available in advance of your trip).
10:30 am: Self guided tour of the Pittsburgh Steelers Museum
12:00 pm: Estimated arrival back to the Embassy Suites.
1:00 pm: Late check-out confirmed for Sports Traveler guests at the Embassy Suites Pittsburgh Downtown
