Pittsburgh Airport Arrival: Meet your driver outside of baggage claim for your private transfer to the hotel.
4:00 pm: Check in at the Embassy Suites Pittsburgh Downtown
5:30-7:30 pm: Evening reception located on the 26th floor of the hotel with light appetizers, beer, wine, and soft drinks.

Wednesday December 25, 2024:

6:00-10:00 am: Cooked to order breakfast served in the hotel restaurant
At your leisure: Take the Pittsburgh T Train to Acrisure Stadium (10 minute ride)
11:00 am: Pre-Game Party at Acrisure Stadium begins.
1:00 pm: Kickoff to the Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Kansas City Chiefs game.
After the game: Take the free Pittsburgh T Train adjacent to Acrisure Stadium at your leisure for your transfer back to the hotel. Transportation will take less than 10 minutes.

Thursday December 26, 2024:

6:00-10:00 am: Cooked to order breakfast served in the hotel restaurant
12:00 pm: Check out from the Embassy Suites Pittsburgh Downtown. Have a safe trip home!
