Q. Is airfare included in the package price?
A. Some travel packages do include airfare. If airfare is included this will be listed in the "Package Inclusions" within the package listings. Airfare can be added onto any tour package at an additional cost. Call our office to speak to a travel representative for more details.

Q. Do you sell tickets only?
A. Yes. We sell sporting event and concert tickets to all major events worldwide. CLICK HERE for individual game tickets.

Q. The package I want is not on your site. Will you custom build me a package?
A. Yes! We can customize a package to suit your travel needs. Please fill out the custom request form within the event you are searching for.

Q.What is a ticket holder and lanyard?
A. It is a plastic ticket and credential holder that you can wear around your neck. We provide this for your so you may keep your ticket and/or other credential safe and protected. You can keep them as a souvenir.

Q. What does Single, Double, Triple, Quad Occupancy mean?
A. This is referring to the price per person based on how many people will be staying within each hotel room

Example: 4 travelers staying in one room would each pay the Quad price, 3 travelers in one room would each pay the Triple price, and so on. Each person paying the per person price will receive all the inclusions listed for the tour.

Q. I have more than 4 people, do I have to purchase an additional room?
A. Yes. USA and Canada hotels have a 4 per person maximum occupancy for rooms with 2 double beds. It is not possible to get a roll-a-way bed in a room with 2 Double Beds. Suites may be available to accommodate more travelers. Call for availability and additional prices.
