The Sprint Cup is the main race for every NASCAR weekend.
Formally the Nextel Cup, this is the race that everyone comes to the
track for.

» What is the "Nationwide Insurance"
Cup?
The Nationwide Insurance Cup, formally known as the Busch Series, is the race the day before the Sprint Cup race. Typically,
this race is held on Saturday. When the Sprint Cup is held on a
Saturday, the NWI Cup will be Friday. The Nationwide Insurance Cup is held on
most weekends, but not for every weekend.

» Where should I sit at a
NASCAR Race?
To get the true NASCAR experience, you want to sit as the highest
part of the track. This allows you to see the entire track. By
seeing the entire track, you will be able to follow any car and any
battle on the track.

» What does it mean when I see
"Tower Seating?"
Tower seating is the highest part of each respective section at the
track. Regardless where you sit in a tower seat, you will be able
to see the entire track. When looking for tickets, this is the
area you want to look for.

» What is a Pre Race Pit Pass?
This is the best part of going to the race!! Prior to the
race, you will be able to go on the actual track onto pit road.
While you are down there, you can visit your favorite driver's pit area,
and might be able to see members of the pit crew.

» What is the Hospitality
Pavilion?
Enjoy
yourself before the race by joining us at the Hospitality Pavilion.
Sit back and relax prior to the race while you enjoy great food and
drinks and talk to other NASCAR fans about your favorite drivers.
Hospitality Passes can also include driver appearances, live
entertainment, and door prizes. Certain tracks are subject to these
inclusions. Hospitality passes are not available at all tracks. Contact a Sports Traveler representative for more
information.

» What time do the buses leave
the hotel to get to the track?
The buses will depart from your hotel early in the morning.
We do this so you will have plenty of time to enjoy yourself at the
track before the race and to take part in the hospitality and pit
tours. There are many different activities to do at the track as
well. For night races, the buses will leave earlier in the
afternoon.

» When will the buses depart after the race?
Once the race is over, we ask that you meet us back at the bus
within an hour after the race has finished. The bus will be parked
in the same area where you were dropped off at earlier in the day.
If you are running late to the bus, please contact your onsite staff
member.

» What is a Race Day Scanner?
This is a great way to listen to a race. You can tune
in to any frequency to listen into your favorite driver and his pit crew
during the race. Listen in as they strategize about their next
move. All uncensored. Scanner rentals are great ideas for
the NASCAR fan at their first race. |
