This is definately a World Series that many people didn't predict. The Tampa Bay Rays are facing off against the Phillies of Philadelphia in this year's fall classic. The Phillies haven't been to a World Series since 1993 and the Rays are making their first appearance.
If you haven't been to a World Series game or any playoff game, you are missing out as a baseball fan. The atmosphere is completely different from any other game you will experience. Back in 2005 when my White Sox won the title, I was fortunate to attend a few playoff games. The experience was awesome!! From the fans, to the noise, to the memories, there was nothing like it. When you have the opportunity to buy World Series tickets, get them. You will not regret it and it does not matter where you sit. It's a blast.
